Ingredients
8-10 baby potatoes
2 onion
2 tomato
10-12 Cashewnut
4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp tumeric podwer
1 bay leaf
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 red chilly
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kitchen masala
3 tbsp curd
Salt
3 tbsp oil
Method:
First remove the skin of the potato then boil into water for 10 mintues by adding little salt.
Till then make the puree in the mixture by adding tomato, onion, Cashewnut .
Make the ginger garlic paste.
Then heat oil in a kadai, add red chilly , cinnamon , bay leaf.
Add the garlic and ginger paste cook till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add the puree and cook for few mintues.
Add all the spices Tumeric powder, salt , Garam masala, kitchen king Masala and red chilly powder.
Now add the boiled potato and little water in it and close the lid and cook for 5 mintues.
Add roasted Fenugreek leaves.
Garnish it chopped fresh coriander leaves.
