Ingredients
1 big Bajari Rotlo
1 cup chopped spring onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch Asafoetida
2 green chilly chopped
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup curd
Salt
1 tsp red chill
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp oil
Method
Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, add garlic, green chilly, spring onion , now add all the spices, red chilly, salt, turmeric, now add the curd to it and mix well lastly add rotla it it make it small piece before adding.
Garnish it with the spring onion leaves and serve hot
