Dhaba Style Paneer Sabji

Ingredients

For marrinate
150 gram paneer cubes
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder

For sabji
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch cinnamon
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
2 big onion chopped fine
3 big tomato puree
1 small capsicum cubes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp corriander cumin powder
Salt
1/2 tsp Tumeric powder
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil

Method
In a bowl add all the marrinate ingredients , add 1 tbsp water and mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes

Toas the paneer in pan by adding 1 tbsp of oil so that all spices mixed into it.

Now take pan add ghee and oil , now cumin seeds as soon it start to crackel, add cinnamon , green cardamom, cloves, whole dry red chilli,

Now add chopped onion saute it till golden brown.

Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook till raw aroma goes away.

Add capsicum cubes , tomato puree and cook it for 5-6 minutes .

Add all the spices tumeric podwer, garam masala, coriander cumin powder, red chilly powder, salt.

Now add little water and mix well cover the lid and cook it in low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add the paneer to gravy and mix well properly, add chopped coriander leaves .

Cook on low flame by covering lid for 2 minutes.

Serve it hot with roti or naan
