Ingredients

100 gram Makhana
3 tbsp ghee
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Peri Peri masala

Method
Take pan or kadia add ghee into as it become hot , add Makhana and saute it they still to become crispy and little golden brown .

Now add salt, black pepper, Peri Peri masala . Mix well everything properly
