Dhaba Style Paneer Sabji

Ingredients
2 big onion grated
2 big tomato chopped fine
1/2 cup tomato puree( 2 tomato)
100 gram grated paneer
50 gram grated cheese
1 cup boiled vegetables
(French beans, green peas, carrot)
1/2 cup capsicum chopped fine
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin
1 green chillies chopped fine
2-3 dry red chilli
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Salt
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil

Method

Take pan add oil and ghee now add cumin as soon as it start to crackel add grated onion and fry it till golden brown.

Now add dry red chilli, ginger garlic paste , green chillies and saute it till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.

Add capsicum, cook it for few minutes, add chopped tomato and tomato puree , boiled vegetables and cook it for 5 minutes.

Add all the spices tumeric ,salt, garam masala, coriander cumin powder. Mix well everything properly. Add little water and cover lid and cook it for 2 min so that spices get cooked well with vegetables.

Now add grated paneer , cheese and mix it well.

Serve it hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
