Ingredients
5-6 big boiled potato (10-12 baby potato)
10-12 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Salt
1/2 tsp cumin corriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp poha
Oil

Method

Make the paste of all the ingredients expect potato in mixture by adding water.

Take pan heat oil , then add the paste and cook for for few minutes add little water and add the boiled potato , before adding cut the boiled potato into large cubes.

Serve hot with chapati and garnish with corriander leaves
