A yummy Chinese dish fried rice with the paneer chilly gravy which is superb combination. Chinese food is of the favorite cuisine in the world which is loved by everyone. I had shared many Chinese recipe in my Tech kitchen blog , i love the paneer all time as it contain lots of protein so thought to make the paneer chilly gravy with the fried rice. A simple fried rice with hot spicy paneer chilly gravy.
Ingredients for Fried Rice
1 cup rice
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped Julienne
1/2 cup cabbage chopped julienne
Carrot chopped Julienne
1 onion chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic chilly sauce
Chopped spring onion leaves
Oil
Method:-
First boil the rice in a water and remove the excess water.
Take pan heat oil in it, now add the chopped onion. When it turns to golden brown add the ginger garlic paste .
Saute for few minutes now add all the vegetables in it cook it for few minutes
Now add salt, all the sauces soya, red chilly, schezwan sauce in it and mix well
Now add the boiled rice , black pepper powder in it
Close the stove add the chopped spring onion leaves and mix well.
Paneer Chilly Gravy
Ingredients
100 grams paneer cubes
1 chopped onion
4-5 Garlic cloves fine chopped
1/2 cup cabbage fine chopped
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt
Oil
Spring onion leaves chopped
One pinch red color (optional)
Method:-
First dissolve the corn flour in 1 cup of water and keep aside.
Heat pan add oil in it , add the chopped onion and saute till it turn to golden brown, now add chopped garlic , cabbage in it and cook for 2 minutes
Add salt, sauces ,corn flour which is dissolve in water. Add paneer cubes
Cook it on low flames for 2 min still the gravy start to become thick.
Add chopped spring onion leaves in it
Serve it hot with Fried rice
