Schezwan rice recipe
Ingredients
1 cup rice
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped Julienne
1/2 cup cabbage chopped julienne
Carrot chopped Julienne
1 onion chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp schezwan Mirchi
Chopped spring onion leaves
Oil
Method
First boil the rice in a water and remove the excess water.
Take pan heat oil in it, now add the chopped onion. When it turns to golden brown add the ginger garlic paste .
Saute for few minutes now add all the vegetables in it cook it for few minutes
Now add salt, all the sauces soya, red chilly, schezwan sauce in it and mix well
Now add the boiled rice , black pepper powder and schezwan mirch in it
Close the stove add the chopped spring onion leaves.
Schezwan gravy
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
4-5 Garlic cloves fine chopped
1/2 cup cabbage fine chopped
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 red chilly sauce
2 schezwan sauce
1/2 tbsp vinegar
Salt
Oil
Spring onion leaves chopped
One pinch red color (optional)
Method
First dissolve the corn flour in half water and keep aside.
Heat pan add oil in it , add the chopped onion and saute till it turn to golden brown, now add chopped garlic , cabbage init and cook for 2 minutes
Add salt, sauces , vinegar, corn flour which is dissolve in water.
Cook it on low flames for 2 min don’t make gravy too watery
Add chopped spring onion leaves in it
Serve it hot with schezwan rice
