Ingredients:
2 cup handwa flour
1/2 cup Curd (dahi/plain yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Bottle Gourd (lauki/doodhi)
1/2 cup Green Peas
1 Carrot, grated
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger-Green Chilli Paste,
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Oil
Salt to taste
For Tempering
2 teaspoons Mustard Seeds
2 teaspoons Cumin Seeds
4 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
A Pinch of Asafoetida (hing),10-12 Curry Leaves
3 tablespoons Oil
Method
Combine the handwa flour, curd, lauki , green peas, carrot, tumeric, salt, ginger chilly paste, and all the spices. Lemon juice and soda
Mix well all properly And apply Tadka in it.
Take pan , add 2 spoon oil , add the batter and sesame seeds cook on little flame on both side till golden brown.
