For pizza dough
1 cup warm water
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 cup all purpose flour
Salt
Method
First mix water , dry yeast , and sugar in a bowl and keep aside for 10 min
Then add salt to all purpose flour and add the water which we had kept aside.
Rest the dough for atleast 2-3 hour so it will be double in size.
For pizza sauce
2 onion
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp mix herbs
4-5 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt
1 tsp sugar
Basil leaves fine chopped
Red chilly powder
Method
In a mixture make the onion and tomatoes puree
In a wok or kadai Heat oil add the puree and cook till it start to leave oil, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sugar , tomato ketchup, salt and mix herbs , basil leaves then mix well everything .
Roll 6 inch diameter roti from dough apply some corn cernals, apply cheese blend sauce, now cover it another roti, press from all sides properly.
Apply pizza sauces and topping of our choice bake it OTG at 180 degree for 5 min
