Ingredients
For filling
50 gram grated paneer
1 green chilly finely chopped
Salt
Garam masala
Coriander leaves chopped
For gravy
1 big onion chopped fine
3 tomato puree
4-5 big tomato
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp peanut paste
Salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Tumeric powder
1 tsp Kitchen king
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
Oil
Method
In a bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients and keep aside
Take tomato cut upper portion and remove the pulp with the help of the spoon.
Fill the stuffing in the tomato.
Take pan or kadia add oil , now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. As soon as it start to crackel add chopped onion .cook it till golden brown.
Now add the ginger garlic paste cook it the raw aroma goes away.
Add the tomato puree and cook for few minutes till it start to leave oil.
Add all the spices tumeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, Garam masala, kitchen king, add peanut paste and fenugreek leaves.
Mix well everything properly
Add little water ,stuffed tomato and cover the lid and cook for 2-3 mintues .
Serve hot with roti or rice by garnishing it with coriander leaves.
