For green chutney
3/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
5-6 green chillies
Method
In a mixture grinder make the green chutney by adding little water
In a bowl take hung curd , add all the spices, ginger garlic paste , salt, Garam flour , lemon juice and green chutney
Mix well everything , now add paneer cubes, onion petals, capsicum cubes, tomato cubes.
Mix gently to coat everything properly.
Now marinate it in refrigerator for 1 hours.
after marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum,tomato and onions into wooden skewers.
Brush it will oil ,Furture roast it on hot tava, tandoor or grilled it in oven.
Serve hot by sprinkling chat masala and lemon juice on it.
