Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar powdered
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp curd
1 cup water
salt
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate sauce or 1 inch piece of melted dark compound chocolate
walnut small piece
chocolate essence
Method:
First in a bowl mix all the wet ingredients (oil, butter, chocolate essence, vinegar) except water and whisky it well by adding sugar to it till it start to become fluffy.
Then sieve all the dry ingredients 3-4 times so that there should not be any lumps in it.
In a bowl mix both, dry and wet ingredients, curd and whisky it properly by adding water to it. Add chopped walnut and mix well.
Grease and Dust the baking cake mold. Add the brownie better to it and tap it for 2-3 times so that that bubbles get removed from it.
Now preheat the oven for 250 degree for 8-10 minutes.
Bake the brownie for 18-22 minutes for 180 degree.
Let it come to room temperature.
Assembling sizzling brownie
Heat the sizzling plate properly, put the brownie on it, add the dark compound chocolate on it. Add vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce.
Garnish it with chocolate chips, chocolate waffles and walnuts.
Serve it hot.
