For kofta
1 maggi cooked
1 small chopped onion
1 cup mix vegetables
(carrot, capsicum, frenchbeans)
1 small green chilly
4 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp red chilly powder
maggi masala


oil for deep fry

for gravy
1 big chopped onion
3 big tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp corriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp curd
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 cup water
3 tbsp oil


In a bowl mix all the kofta ingredients, water and make small balls and deep fry in oil till golden brown.

For gravy

Take pan add oil, now add chopped onion saute it till golden brown , add ginger garlic paste cook till the raw aroma of garlic goeas away.

Add tomato puree and cook till it start to leave oil.

Add all spices tumeric powder,salt, red chilly powder,garam masala, corriander cumin powder. mix well everthing properly add water and cook it for few minutes.

Add Kofta and boil if for 1-2 minutes.

Now garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve it with Roti or Rice
