Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
100 gram paneer grated
Mix vegetables cut small
(capsicum,french beans, green peas, carrot)
1 onion slice chopped
1 tomatoes chopped fine
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaves
2 dry red chilli
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp red chilly powder

Method
Wash basmati rice in water for 2-3 times and soak it for 30 minutes.
Take Big vessel add 5 cup water, add salt when water start to boil add rice and cook it properly.Strain the cooked rice in stainer and remove the water.
Now in a pan semi boiled all the mix vegetables in water for few minutes.
Now take Pan, add 3 tbsp oil add chopped onion cook it till golden brown, add bay leaf, add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes, semi cook mix vegetables and saute it for few minutes.
Now add all the spices, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala. Mix well everything by sprinkling some water on it.
Add cooked rice and grated paneer and mix it well without breaking the rice
Garnished it with chopped coriander leaves .
Serve hot.
