Ingredients
1 litre Milk
100 paneer
1 tsp green cardamom
4 tbsp sugar
4-5 saffron threads
1/2 cup dry fruits
(cashewnut, raisins, almond)
1 tbsp ghee
Method
Take pan add ghee , add all dry fruits and saute it till golden brown.Remove it in plate and keep aside.
Soak Saffron threads in 1 tbsp of milk for few minutes.
Take heavy bottom pan add boil and boil it till become 1/3 of quantity. now add sugar, mix dry fruits , panner grated with hand and saffron which is soaked in milk.
Boil for 5-6 minutes more. Atlast add cardamom powder.
Serve it cold.
