Ingredients
5-6 papad
2 onion
3 tomato
1 1/2 cup mix grated vegetables
(cauliflower,carrot,cabbage,frenchbeans)
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
10-12 cashewnut and 2 tbsp magajtari seeds soak in water for 10min
2 cloves
2 dry red mirchi
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon kasturi methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 tablespoon kitchen masala
3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
50 gram grated paneer
salt to taste
food color(optional)
Method
Take pan, Add 2 tbsp oil , now add grated vegetables cook it for few minutes, now add salt, pinch turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
Mix well everything properly. Soak papad with little water fill the stuffing between the papad and rolled it properly covering the corners and semi fry it in pan.
for making red gravy:-
Boil tomato and onion in kadia
Take pan add 2 tablespoon oil fry the boil tomato and onion in it for few minutes.
add garlic cloves, bay leaf,dry red chilly, cloves, ginger piece, let it cool down at room temperature .then grind the mixture and make smooth paste of it
white gravy:-
grind the soak cashewnut adn magajtari seeds into smooth paste.
Method
1) Now take pan add oil and butter , add red gravy cook for 4-5 minutes, now add the white gravy.
2) Now add all the spices, tumeric,salt, red chilli powder,garam masala,kitchen king masala,kasturi methi,
3) Also add fresh cream,grated paneer and food color cook it for some time by adding little water.
4) In a serving bowl take some gravy take the stuffed papad add some gravy on it.
5) Garnish it with grated paneer and coriander leaves.
6) Serve it hot with Naan or Roti.
