Ingredients
50 gram paneer cubes
2 cup boiled Basmati rice
1 onion sliced
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
6-7 frenchbeans chopped
capsicum chopped julienne
cabbage chopped julienne
green peas boiled
tomato chopped julienne
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp pav Bhaji masala
salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
chopped coriander leaves
Method
In a pan add oil and butter, now add onion and saute till golden fry, now add the garlic and cook till raw aroma goes away.
Now add all cut vegetables, add salt , sprinkle water on it and saute it till they are cooked.
Now add tumeric, red chilly powder, bhaji pav masala and mix properly for few minutes, sprinkle some water on it so that the spices get cooked properly.
now add paneer and rice and gently mix well everything properly.
garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and butter on it
serve it hot
