Ingredients
7 cup milk
1/4 tsp alum
1 1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp liquid glucose
100 grams sugar
Method
In a thick bottom kadia or nonstick kadia bring milk to boil.
Then add alum and sugar boil it and continuously stir it and cook it till milk start to become grainy and thicken.
Add ghee, liquid glucose and cook till the mixture start to leave from the side of the kadia.
Transfer these mixture to Mithai square container or any cake square mold and cover it and keep aside for 4-5 hours.
The mixture will slight brown from middle as it will get cooked it it due to heatness.
Cut it into squares shapes or any shape which ever you want and serve it.
