Chur Chur Papad Paneer

A delicious Starter which is crunchy in taste as the paneer it coated with papad ,so i had given name as chur chur papad paneer. It is easy to make starter in few minutes the middle layer between the two paneer slice gives the spicy green chutney has been filled in it.  A mouth watering starter Paneer papad is yummilicious in taste. And Healthy dish which has lots of protein as made from paneer.

6-7 Udad Papad
200 paneer
1 tbsp ginger garlic(optional)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 red chilly powder
4-5 tbsp thick green chutney
pinch black pepper powder
chat masala
oil for deep frying


First dry the papad in a for 10-15 minutes so the moisture of the papad gets evaporate.

In a Mixture grinder crushed the papad , don’t make it in powder form just semi crushed it.

Cut the paneer into 1/2 inch square or rectangle shape, fill the green chutney between two paneer slice and marinate it with ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice, red chilly powder , black pepper for 5-7 minutes.

Take cornflour in a bowl add water and salt make creamy type batter , now add the marinated paneer.

Then coat it properly with the crushed papad in a plate, deep fry it in oil till golden brown , sprinkle some chat masala on it.

Serve it with green chutney.
