2 cup penne pasta
4-5 garlic cloves
3 tomato
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 small onion chopped fine
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup bell peppers( red and yellow)
3-4 mushroom chopped fine
2 baby corn chopped fine
5-6 cherry tomato cut into half
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilly flakes
3 tbsp cheese blend
1 tbsp black or green olives
1 tbsp jalapeno
4-5 tbsp olive oil
fresh parsley


In a pan first boil pasta by adding water and 1 tbsp of oil so that it want get sticky while cooking.

In a saute pan, add olive oil, add chopped onion saute it till golden brown,add chopped garlic cloves saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away.

now add all the vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, mushroom, baby corn , cover the lid and cook for few minutes.

Add blended tomato puree(Read Note) cooked it for few minutes till it get cooked properly.

Add tomato sauce ,cheery tomato,  cheese blend, oregano, chilly flakes ,jalapeno ,olives ,salt. Now add cooked pasta and toss everything properly.

Add fresh chopped parsley

Serve it hot or cold.


  • you can take any varieties of pasta.
  • kindly boil tomato in water and then semi crushed in food processor.
  • You can also used fresh basil leaves.
