Paneer Chilly Fried Rice

1 cup rice
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped Julienne 
1/2 cup cabbage chopped julienne
Carrot chopped Julienne
1 onion chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic chilly sauce
Chopped spring onion leaves

For paneer
100 gram Paneer cubes
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce

Method for paneer
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add little water in it and make batter , deep fry paneer till golden grown

First boil the rice in a water and remove the excess water.
Take pan heat oil in it, now add the chopped onion. When it turns to golden brown add the ginger garlic paste .

Saute for few minutes now add all the vegetables in it cook it for few minutes

Now add salt, all the sauces soya, red chilly, schezwan sauce in it and mix well
Add the paneer cubes into it.

Now add the boiled rice , black pepper powder and chilly garlic in it

Garnish it with chopped spring onion leaves.

Serve it hot.
