Ingredients
4-5 big large boiled Potato
1 cup boiled sweet corn
1 green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch asofedia
Salt
3
4 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
Vermicelli

Method
Mix the boiled potatoes , salt, and 3 tbsp corn flour.
Semi Crush the corn in mixture , don’t make a paste of it.


For making stuffing
First take pan, add 1 tbsp oil, now mustard seeds, asofedia ,green chilly.
Now add crushes sweet corn, sugar, lemon juice salt, red chilli.

For batter
Now add remaining 1tbsp corn flour in little water and make batter from it .
Now crushed the vermicelli into plate.
Now make potato Tikki and fill stuffing in it.
Deep it in cornflour batter, and coat it will vermicelli .
Deep fry into oil till golden brown.

Serve it with green chutney
