Ingredients
1kg jackfruit(kathal)
3 tomato
2 onion
2 green chillies
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1tsp tumeric powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp red chilly powder
1tsp coriander cumin powder
3tbsp curd
salt
oil
Method
First cut the kathal into big pieces, then boil it for 10 minutes, let come down to room temperature.
Then deep fry it in oil till golden brown and remove it on paper towel.
Make a puree of tomato,onion, garlic, green chilly, giner in a mixture grinder.
Heat oil in apna, add cumin seeds, now add puree and cook it for few minutes.
Now add all the spicies salt ,tumeric,red chilly powder,garam masala,corainder cumin powder.
Add curd mix well everything properly.
Add kathal pieces, little water and cook it for few minutes on low slim.
