Ingredients
300 gram bhindi
8-10 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp peanut
1 tbsp poha
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp corriander cumin powder
Oil
Method
In a grinder add the garlic cloves, ginger, peanut, poha, tumeric, red chilly, corriander cumin podwer, Garam masala, cumin seeds. Add water and make a paste of it
Cut the okra in to round shape small pieces after cleaning with cloth
Take pan add oil , now add the paste ,salt and fry for few minutes till it start to leave oil , now add bhindi and cook for 3-4 minutes
Serve hot with chappati
