Ingredients
2 big onion puree
3 big tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 garlic cloves
11/2 cup mix boiled Vegetables
(French beans, carrot, cauliflower, green peas, potato)
50 gram paneer cubes
1/2 capsicum cut into cubes
8-10 cashew nuts
1/2 tsp kitchen king
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Desi ghee
Dry masala
1 bay leaf
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 dry red chilli
1/2 inch cinnamon
Method
First roast all the dry masala in a pan ok kadai and grind in a mixture to make a powder from it.
In a mixture make the white paste by adding Cashewnut and little water.
Now add take kadai add oil and ghee ,then add capsicum and saute 1 min add chopped garlic cloves . Saute till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add onion puree, ginger garlic paste and saute till it get cooked properly and raw goes away.
Now add tomato puree and cook it for 5-6 minutes till it start to leave oil.
Add all the spices tumeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king, salt, dry roasted powder. Mix well everything properly.
Now add boiled Vegetables , paneer cubes, fresh cream , dry fenugreek leaves , cashewnut paste. Add little water cover the lid and cook it on low flame for few minutes.
