1 spinach bunch
100 gram paneer
3-4 green chillies
5-6 garlic cloves chopped finely
4 big size tomato
1 cup cream
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
green cardamon powder
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ghee
whole garam masala
(bay leaf,cloves,cinnamon,red chilly whole)
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
4 tbsp garam flour
3 tbsp corn flour
Fenugreek leaves (methi) roasted
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp kitchen king
1/4 tsp tumeic powder
oil for deep fry



wash the spinach leaves with water then boil the spinach leaves in 3cup water for few minutes, wash it with cold water and remove the excess water water. chopped it finely , add half garlic cloves inot it, chopped green chillies.

Roast the gram flour in pan or tava, add to the mixture, add salt and corn flour to mixture.

Now grate paneer in a bowl, add green chillies and salt, make small ball from it.

Now take the spinach mixture in palm, add the panner ball boil between and cover properly from all side by making round shape. deep fry in oil on low heat till golden brown,kindly don’t fry too much.

Now boil the tomato in water and let it cool down to room temperature, grind it mixture and make puree from it.

now take kadai, add butter and ghee in it, add whole garam masala till it cracel, now add remaining garlic cloves and green chillies, cook till the raw aroma goes away

Add tomato puree cook for few mintues, now add spices tumeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, garam masala, kitchen king mix well properly add 2 tbsp water and cook it on low flame for few mintues.

Now add fresh cream, green caradamon powder, fenugreek leaves, honey and sugar mix well everthing and cook for 2 minutes.

In a plate pour the gravy , halve the koftas and place on the gravy and serve immediately.
