Ingredients
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
5-6 raw banana boiled
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 inch ginger
1 pinch asafoetida
3-4 curry leaves
3-4 green chilly
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt
1/2 cumin coriander powder
7-8 mint leaves chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice or imli soaked in water
Fresh Coriander leaves chipped
2 tbsp oil
Method
For batter
Take 1 cup gram flour(besan), add salt , water , soda mix well by adding water
For stuffing
Take pan add oil , add cumin and mustard seeds, asafoetida,curry leaves now add the paste of ginger, green chilly, coriander in hand dastan.
Now add turmeric, boiled raw banana smashed properly, Add sugar, salt ,coriander cumin powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice , mint leaves , coriander leaves and Mix well properly everything
Make small ball of it ,dip it in batter and deep fry in oil fry till golden brown.
Serve hot kela vada with green chilly and sauce.
