Cut the lotus stem in to large pieces , and whistle it a pressure cooker
For stuffing green chutney
In a mixture grinder take 1 cup fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add green chilly , jeera, salt, lemon juice , ginger add little water to make chutney of it, don’t make too watery as it will difficult to fill in the lotus stem.
Now slice cut the lotus stem from one side fill the stuffing chutney.
Make a batter of gramflour , salt , pinch soda, water
Now deep fry it till golden grown.
served with sauce or green chutney
