Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Cooked Basamati rice
spinach chopped fine
1/2 cup green peas
3-4 garlic cloves
1 onion slice cut
salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2-3 green chilies
3 tbsp olive oil
Method:
In a pan add oil, now add onion and saute it till golden brown.
Add garlic cloves chopped fine and saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add spinach , green chilies, green peas and saute it for few minutes, add cooked rice, salt, black pepper.
Mix well everything properly.
