Ingredients:
For Stuffing
1 big bunch Spinach
1/2 cup boil sweet corn
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
salt
1 tbsp mix herbs
1/2 tsp chilly flakes
For wraps
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tbsp corn flour
salt
1 tbsp oil
water as per consistency
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Make the dough by mixing all wraps ingredients it should be thin in consistency without any lumps
Finely chopped the spinach and wash it in a running water as spinach contains of lots of mud.
Microwave it for 4-5 minutes, then add boiled corn, cheddar cheese, mix herbs , chilly flakes,salt.
Now make the 6 inch diameter round wraps it should be thin so that it will become crispy while frying, fill the stuffing in center on wrap, slight fold slides from
both side and roll the wraps properly like cylindrical shape.
Deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
