Ingredients
5-6 large boil potato
2 green chilly chopped fine
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asofedia
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp corriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
Salt
Chopped corriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
5 bread slice
Oil for deep fry
Method
Take pan ,heat oil in it, now add cumin seeds, now add chopped green chilly ,tumeric .
Add boiled potato smashed it properly before adding it.
Add red chilly powder, garam masala, corriander cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Now soak the bread slice in water and press gently between both hand to remove access water
Put the stuffing between it and roll it properly in the round shape from all the side
Deep fry it in the oil till golden brown and serve hot with green chutney or sauce
