Ingredients
4-5 boil potato’s
2-3 green chilly chopped fine
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch hing(asofedia)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1 bread
1 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
Chopped coriander leaves
For batter
1 1/2 cup maida
1 pinch soda
3 tbsp rice flour
Method
For stuffing
Take oil in a pan , add muster seeds,asafodia ,ginger , green chilly, tumeric .
Now add boil potato’s mashed it properly before adding, now add all the masala salt, garam masala, sugar , lemon juice,red chilly powder , mix all the ingredients properly add chopped coriander leaves.
Take bread slice and apply stuffing cover it with another bread silce.
For batter
In a bowl mix maida, rice flour, soda ,salt and make batter by adding water in to , don’t make batter thick or too thin.
Now cut the bread into tringle shape, deep into batter .
Heat oil and deep fry the bread pakora.
Server hot with green chutney and sauce.
