Ingredients
1 cup rice
1/2 cup moong dal
1 cup vegetables
(green peas,capsicum, cauliflower,carrot, french beans)
50 gram panner small cubes
1 big onion chopped fine
2 tomato chopped fine
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies chopped fine
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch asofedia
1 bay leaf
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
salt
3 tbsp ghee
Method
Wash moong dal properly in water and keep it aside.
Arise rice in water for 2-3 times.
In a pressure cooker add ghee, now add cumin seeds , bay leaf, green cardamom , black cardamom, cloves.
Now add chopped onion, saute it till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute till row aroma of garlic goes away.
Add chopped tomato, mix well properly and cook it for 1 min.
Add all spices salt, Tumeric , red chilly , Garam masala, coriander cumin powder .
Add 4 cup of water ,paneerand mix vegetables.
Add rice and moong Dal. Mix well everything properly and pressure cooker it till 3-4 whistles.
Now take sziller pan heat it on gas stove.
Make bowl shape from cabbage leaves.
Serve the kichadi in cabbage bowl , put it on sizzler pan,
Add butter so that smoky favour mixes with khichadi.
Serve it hot.
