Ingredients:
For stuffing
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup gratted capsicum and carrot
Boiled noodles broke into pieces
1/2 inch gratted ginger
1/2 tbsp garlic Chilly chutney
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt
Pinch black pepper
Oil
For potali roti
1 cup All purpose flour
Salt
Water
Method :
First make the dough by mixing the all purpose flour , water and salt
Now take pan and add 2 tbsp oil, now add grated cabbage, capsicum , carrot and gratted ginger
Add salt and cook for few minutes.
Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, schezwan sauce , black pepper, garlic chilly sauce,
Add noodles and mix well everything properly. And let the stuffing get cool down at room temperature
Now make the small roti like Puri of it dough , add one spoon of stuffing.
Now make potali shape from it.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot with schezwan sauce
