Ingredients
spices
1 tbsp corriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 small inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
2-3 green cardamoms
1 tbsp black peppercorn
3 dry red chilly
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
2 onion
3 tomato
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
1/2 cup cashewnut or magaj tari seeds soak in water for 10min
1 tablespoon kasturi methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp Anardana powder
4 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
100 gram paneer(tringle shapped)
salt to taste
Method
first roast all the spices on tawa and making powder of it in mixture.
for making red gravy
boil tomato and onion in kadai
take pan add 2 tablespoon oil fry the boil tomato and onion in it for few minutes .
add garlic cloves,ginger piece, let it cool down at room temperature .then grind the mixture and make smooth paste of it
white gravy
grind the soak cashewnut into smooth paste , you can also use magaj tari seeds also
now take the pan add some oil and butter, add the red gravy cook for some time, now add the white gravy, also fresh cream cook in it for some time by adding some
water,
now add the spices, tumeric,salt, red chilli powder,add 1 tbsp tawa masala,kasturi methi. now add the paneer cubes(tringle shape) in it.
serve in to tawa and garnish it with by some fresh anardana
