Ingredients
100 gram paneer
Boiled noodles
4 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 garlic ginger paste
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
Salt
Oil for deep fry
Method
In a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour , add schezwan sauce , soya sauce , chilly sauce , salt, ginger garlic paste , add little water and make a batter of it and keep aside
Cut the paneer into rectangle pieces
Now add the remaining 2 tbsp of corn flour on the boiled noodles in a bowl
Deep the paneer piece into batter.
Now roll the noodles over the paneer batter properly
Deep fry it in oil
Serve hot with schezwan sauce
