Ingredients
7-8 mushrooms
100 gram paneer
2 big onion chopped fine
3 big tomato
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 green chilly slit cut
1 tbsp tandoori masala ( barbeque masala)
1/2 tbsp garam masala
salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
dry fenugreek leaves
oil
coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
First wash the mushrooms properly and chopped it into pieces.
In a mixing bowl add mushrooms, paneer cubes , add red chilly powder, garam masala, tandoori masala. mix well everything properly and marinate it for 10 minutes keep aside.
In a mixture grinder add tomato and blend to semi crushed puree.
Take pan add oil, add cumin seeds as soon as it start to crackle add chopped onion saute it till golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste green chilly slit cut and saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Add tomato puree and cooked it for minutes as it start to leave oil.
Now add marinated mixture to it add little water and cook it for few minutes by covering the lid.
Add dry fenugreek leaves and mix well everything properly.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
