Ingredients
11/2 cup basmati rice
Mix vegetables cut small
( Cauliflower, french beans, green beans, carrot)
1 onion chopped
3 tomatoes chopped fine
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaves
2 cloves
2 dry red chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 red chilly powder

Method
Wash basmati rice in water for 2-3 times and soak it for 30 minutes.
In a pressure cooker , add oil, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds as soon it start to crackel add dry red chilli, cloves and bay leaves.
Now add chopped onion cook it till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes cook for few minutes.
Now add all the spices, salt tumeric podwer, red chilly powder, coriander cumin powder, garam malasa. Mix well everything.
Add 2 glass of water and mix vegetables.
Now add soak rice don’t add water of it .
Pressure cooker it for 1 whistle.
Garnished it with chopped coriander leaves .
Serve hot.
