Ingredients:
1 cup Red ,Yellow bellpepper cut julienne
100 gram paneer cut into strips
1 onion sliced cut
1/4 cup green peas
caulliflower samll pieces
capsicum cut julienne
cabbage cut julienne
carrot cut julienne
1 small tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
4-5 garlic cloves fine chopped
2 green chillies cut into stripes
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
dry fenugreek leaves
salt
oil

 

 

Method:

First boil the vegetables cabbage, peas, french beans, caulliflower,carrot in water till they are cooked.

Heat oil in a pan, now saute the paneer strips till golden brown.

Now add the cumin seeds, when it start to crackel , add the sliced onion fry saute it till golden brown, now add the chopped garlic and green chillies.

Add the bellpepers, capsicum and toast them few minutes. add tomato puree, tomato sauce, spices,salt tumeric powder , red chilly powder,cumin powder, Garam masala, sprinkle little water on it so that all spices get cooked properly.

Add boiled vegetables,paneer,vinegar and fenugreek leaves. Toast everything properly

Serve it hot by garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
