Ingredients
2 onion
3 tomato
Mix boiled vegetables
(cauliflower,carrot,french
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7-8 kaju
3 tbsp magaj tari seeds
1/2 inch cinnamon
2-3 black peppers
2 cloves
4 dry red chillies
1 black cardamom
1 bay leaves
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chill powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
2-3 tbsp cream
salt
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
Method:
In a pan add 1tbsp oil,add chopped onion,chopped tomato and whole spices bay leaves, black cardamon,cinnamon,cloves,d
cook every thing for few minutes.
Let the mixture cool down to room temperature. grind into mixture and smooth paste from it.
Now take pan,add oil and butter, Add few onion cubes, capsicum cubes ,one dry red chilly, add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add the puree paste and cook for 5-6 minutes till the oil start to leave.
Add all the spices and mix well everything.
Now add all the boiled Vegetables , cream , dry fenugreek leaves and little water.
Cover the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
