Ingredients 
black boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
finally chopped onion 1/4cup
Green chilli chooped 2 tsp
fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp
rosted gram flour 3 tbsp
salt to taste
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
haldi 1/4tsp
garmmasala 1 tsp
aamchur 1/2tsp
oil for frying

Method
put the boiled chickpeas in mixturr grind coarsely Without any water.

transfer in the bowl add rosted gram flour,spieces ,chopped onion, coriander leaves ,chopped greenchilly and mix well everything.

make into medium round shaped kababs.

Heat oil in nonstic pan on medium flame…. shallow fry the kababd in medium hot oil till crips and golden browned both side.

Garnish kabab’s with mint leaves

serve veg shami kabab’s hot.
