Ingredients:
3-4 Big boiled Potato
1 onion chopped finely
2-3 green chilly chopped fine
3-4 garlic cloves chopped fine
1 cup gratted vegetables
(Carrot,Cauliflower,french beans)
1/2 cup boiled corn and green peas
salt
pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly podwer
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3tbsp corn flour
1 cup cornflakes crumbs
oil
Method:
First take wok or pan, add 3 tbsp oil in it, add chopped onion saute it till golden brown, add chopped garlic cloves cook it till the raw aroma of it goes away, add grated vegetables,boiled potato smashed, green peas , corn and green chilies.
Add all ther spices salt, tumeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala,dry mango powder.
Now add the bread crumbd init and corn flour.
Mix well everything properly by adding chopped fine coriander leaves. let it cool down at room tempreture. MAke roll from it
For batter:-
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp All propuse flour
water
In a bowl make batter , kindly note it should not be too thick or too thin.
Now dip the veg. roll into batter and coat in with cornflakes crumbs properly.
Deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot it with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
