Royal Rabadi Kulfi served with Rabadi

Ingredients
1 litre milk
200 gram khoya
8-9 tbsp sugar
Saffron
1/2 cup dry fruits
1/2 tsp elaichi powder

Method
In a big wok start boiling milk till it become to 1/3 then add khoya mix well it properly. Boil for few more minutes

Take 2 tbsp milk add saffron to it mix well and add to boiling milk.

Now add sugar , elaichi powder and dry fruits.

Let it cool down to room temperature take it in bowl and store it in deep fridge for 5-6 hours.

Serve kulfi with some rabadi by garnishing it with some pistachio and almond.
