Dudhiya kheech rajasthan ki sweet h…Isme mene rose syrup ka twist diya h. Ise garam or thanda dono tarha se serve kar sakte h. Isko aaj me thanda karke serve kar rahi hu Or isme sabse bada twist mene gulab jamun ka diya h.

#Gulab_Jamun recipe
Ingredients.
1 cup milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of soda
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped pista
1/2 cup milk

fry_karne_ke_liye
1 cup ghee

chasni ingredients.
2 cup sugar
1 cup pani
1/4 tsp ilayachi powder

Method
🔸Chasni-
🔸Ek pan me sugar or pani add kare or fast gas pr ek boil aane ke baad gas ko slow karke 5 minutes tak chasni hone de.
🔸5 minutes baad gas band karke ilayachi powder dale or side me rakh de.
🔸Gulab jamun-
🔸Ek bowl le or isme milk powder, bread crumbs, baking powder, soda sabko ek sath achhe se mix kare.
🔸Fir isme thoda thoda dudh dalkar iska mulayam aata gunth le.
🔸Iski chhoti chhoti goliya bana le.
🔸Kate huye pista ko gulab jamun ke beech me rakh ke firse gol goli bana le…Apne glass ke hisab se.
🔸Aap chhoti badi jis glass me serv karenge usike hisab se gulab jamun chhote bade aap bana sakte h.
🔸Ek pan me ghee garam kare.
🔸Gulab jamun ko ghee me sunhara hone tak tal le.
🔸Ghee se nikal kar inhe tayar ki huyi chasni me dalkar 1 ghanta chasni me rahne de.
🔸Fir chasni se nikal kar inko freeze me rakhe 1 ghanta.

Ingredients
1/4 cup lapsi rawa
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp ilayachi powder
2 tbsp rose syrup
1 tsp custard powder
Chopped Pista garnish karne ke

Method
🔸Sabse pahle hum cooker me ghee dalkar garam kare.
🔸Fir isme lapsi rawa dalkar 1 min sek le.
🔸Halka sunhara hone par isme milk or water milakar boil hone de.
🔸Cooker ka dhakkan lagakar fast gas par ek siti le fir gas slow karke 3 siti le or gas band kar de.
🔸Cooker thanda hone par cooker khole or ise kisi pan me nikal le.
🔸1 tbsp milk me custard powder milakr
Pake huye kheech me mix karke 2 minute gas par pakaye.
🔸Fit sugar or ilayachi powder milakar 2 minute or pakale fir gas band karde.
🔸Puri tarh se ise thanda hone de.
🔸Jb thanda ho jaye tab isme rose syrup milaye (dhayan rahe puri tarah thanda hone ke baad hi milaye)

Serve karne ke liye
🔸Glass me serv krne ke liye sabse pahle 1 tbsp dudhiya kheech dale fir gulab jamun ko beech me se aadha kat kar glass me sajaye.
🔸Fir dudhiya kheech se puri glass ko bhar de or uper se gulab jamun or kate huye pista se garnish kare.
🔸Freeze me ise 1 se 2 ghante thanda karne ke baad serv kare
