Royal Rabadi Kulfi served with Rabadi

1 onion chopped fine
1 potato chopped fine
2 cup Poha
2 green chillies
2 tbsp peanut
Curry leaves
1 pinch tumeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
11/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

First take poha in large strainer.

Wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them your fingures under running water. Drain the access water through the stariner. Add salt , sugar and keep aside.

Take kadai add oil add cumin and mustard seeds as it start to sprinkle add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown.

Add curry leaves , chopped green chillies , potato and peanuts. Cook it on low flame for few minutes.

Add tumeric podwer , poha and lemon juice.

Mix well everything and serve it hot by garnishing it with chopped coriander leaves.
