4-5 big sized potatoes
3 tbsp corn flour
3/4 cup poha soaked and drained
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup fresh corriander leaves
3-4 green chilly
4-5 leaves mint leaves
2 tbsp peanuts
4 tbsp fresh grated coconut
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice

In a grinder add the corriander leaves, mint leaves,green chilly,salt,peanut,coconut,lemon juice,garlic cloves,ginger and 1 tbsp water.

Note kindly dont make a thin paste of it, keep dry chutney only other wise it will be difficult to fill the stuffing.

In a mixing bowl add the potatoes smashed it properly,now add corn flour,soaked poha and salt mix it properly with hands.

Now make the small ball from it in hand and fill the stuffing dry chutney between the potato ball. roll it in hand properly so that the it dont open from any end.

In a plate take the bread crumbs roll the balls in it properly and deep fry them till they are golden brown.
