Ingredients :
100 gram paneer
1 cup mint and corriander leaves
2-3 green chilly
2 tbsp peanuts
2-3 garlic cloves(optional)
Salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup gram flour
Pinch of soda
Pinch of ajwain
Pinch tumeric powder
Oil for deep fry
Method:
First in a mixture grinder add mint and coriander leaves , add green chilly , peanut, garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt make paste of it not too thin
Now make batter of gram flour, ajwain , salt , soda ,tumeric powder, adding water
Now cut the paneer into square piece slice , fill the chutney between two paneer slice .
Now dip paneer with chutney into batter and deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney
