Paneer Peanut Protein Salad

1 cup boiled peanut
100 gram panner
1 cup mix sprouts boiled
(Kidney beans, black gram, green gram, chekpea, soyabean)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mix herbs
Pinch chat masala
Chopped corriander leaves

Mix all the ingredients in bowl properly and serve it.


Paneer is good source of protein especially for children as it helps in growth, muscle building and wear and tear of tissues. Apart from protein it also have good levels of vitamins, minerals, calcium and phosphorous that provides better and healthy nutrients for growth of bones, stronger teeth and brain amongst kids.

Kidney beans helps to reduce blood pleasure, contains protein , helps to reduce the cholesterol levels

Soya bean is a very good source of protein, B vitamins and minerals

Black chickpeas is great source of iron

Chickpeas are good source of protein, carbohydrates, and fiber
