100 gram grated paneer
2 onion
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 dry red chilli
2 green cardamom
10 Cashewnut
4 tbsp cream
1/2 Capsicum cut into slice
Small Onion cut into slice
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter

For Tadka
2 tbsp butter
1 dry red chilli
2-3 garlic cloves chopped fine
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

First boil the tomato and onion in water for 5 min.

Then take pan add 1 tbsp oil and saute the tomato and onion for 3-4 min. Add Cashewnut into it, 2 dry red chilli, 2 green cardamom.

Cool down it room temperature and grind in mixture semi crushed. Don’t make paste from it.

Now take pan add oil and butter, add the slice onion and capsicum saute it for 1 min.

Now add the semi crushed paste and cook it for 5-6 minutes.

Add spices tumeric powder, salt, Garam masala, Kitchen king, red chilly powder.

Now add fresh cream , grated paneer and dry fenugreek leaves, also add few Cashewnut .

Mix well everything properly .

Now take Tadka pan add butter in it, add chopped garlic cloves, 1 dry red chilli , and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.

Pour the tempting tadka on sabji.

Serve it hot with roti.
